The following is available for download. Please observe the installation instruction. It currently supports NVIDIA CUDA 11.7 and R 4.2 on 64-bit Windows and Linux. Except for the deep learning routines, it requires an RPUDPLUS License to use.

RPUD

RPUD is a open source R package for performing statistical computation using CUDA. You are free to use and distribute it under the GPL v3 license.

RPUDPLUS

RPUDPLUS is an extension of RPUD providing additional GPU accelerated functions including Bayesian statistics, SVM, and deep learning.

RPUSVM

RPUSVM is a standalone terminal tool for SVM training and prediction with GPUs. It is free by request upon purchase of an rpudplus license.
